About Me

My name is Eddie Haughey and I started this blog to discuss my life-long passions: education and fitness. As a former gym owner and college athlete, I have a great deal of experience in the areas of fitness, wellness, and weight training.

I have also spent over twenty years working in education -- as a teacher, principal and district administrator. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, I'm proud to call South Carolina my adopted home.
